FREDERICK – The planned auction of the Colorado home where Chris Watts murdered his pregnant wife and two young daughters is delayed. It was scheduled for Tuesday but has been postponed until July.

The five-bedroom, 4,100 square foot home is being foreclosed due to missed mortgage payments.

Watts is serving three consecutive life sentences for the murders of his 34-year-old wife Shanann, and their two daughters Bella, 4, and Celeste, 3, in August 2018. Shanann was 15 weeks pregnant with the couple’s first son, Nico, when Watts killed her.

A spokesperson for JP Morgan Chase Bank, which holds the title to the home, sais “everyone is cooperating,” including Chris Watts. The bank is also working closely with Shanann Watts’s family and exploring all options.
