FREDERICK – Chris Watts will not fight a wrongful death lawsuit filed against him in the death of his wife Shannan and two daughters, Bella and Celeste.
The Denver Post reported that the suit, which was filed by Shannan’s family, makes sure that all profits from the sale of the family home go to Shannan’s family. It would also keep Watts from making any money if he chose to write a book or sell the rights to his story.
Watts pleaded guilty to their deaths and will spend the rest of his life in prison.
