Today’s Forecast:
Morning temperatures bottomed out in the teens and 20s for most areas, but temperatures are expected to climb quickly through the day. Afternoon highs will be seasonable with sunshine in the sky.

COLORADO SPRINGS: High: 46; Low: 19. Dry and becoming a bit warmer today, with sunshine.

PUEBLO: High: 47; Low: 18. Seasonable today with light winds and sun.

CANON CITY: High: 48; Low: 26. Feeling like late fall today, with breezy winds.

WOODLAND PARK: High: 37; Low: 16. Chilly today but with sunshine and breezy winds.

TRI-LAKES: High: 40s; Low: teens. Low 40s today with a slight breeze.

PLAINS: High: 30s/40s; Low: teens. Upper 30s and low 40s with thawing conditions today.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: High: 40s; Low: 20s. Mid 40s today with sun and a slight breeze.

MOUNTAINS: High: 30s; Low: single digits/teens. Low to mid 30s in the mountains with breezy winds.

Extended Outlook:
Sunday will be 3-5 degrees warmer than today, and that warming trend continues into early next week. By Monday/Tuesday highs will be in the mid 50s for Colorado Springs and Pueblo. Then a strong, windy cold front arrives Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, taking temperatures down to the 20s and 30s for highs.
