On Wednesday, Meteorologist Alex O'Brien visited the students from 2nd to 5th grade at Mark Twain Elementary School in Colorado Springs.
The students learned how to be safe in severe weather such as winter storms, thunderstorms, tornadoes, flash floods, and wildfires. They focused quite a bit on thunderstorms as they are in the forecast this week.
All of the students were great listeners and excited to learn.
