On Wednesday, Meteorologist Alex O'Brien talked with students online about severe weather and how to stay safe during dangerous Colorado weather.

She spoke with Mrs. Stover's 5th-grade class from La Junta Intermediate School. She also spoke to the 3rd graders at Rye Elementary in Ms. Gallegos and Ms. Jarbo's classes.

The students enjoyed the weather videos and learning about Colorado weather trivia. The 3rd graders loved learning the weather dance.
