On Wednesday, Meteorologist Alex O'Brien visited students to teach them about severe weather safety.
First, she visited the 3rd graders at Ranch Creek Elementary. The students were great listeners and had good questions for Alex.
Then, the 3rd graders at Jordahl Elementary. The students loved the weather videos and the hail experiment.
All of the students today learned how to spot severe weather and prepare for it. They learned about winter storms, thunderstorms, tornadoes, flash floods, and wildfires.
