Tonight's Forecast:
Clear skies, with overnight lows not expected to be as cold as the past few nights. With clear skies in our forecast, check out the Harvest Moon. The viewing tonight throughout Southern Colorado should be excellent!
COLORADO SPRINGS: Low: 46; High: 76. We'll see a few degrees of cooling on Wednesday as a cold front seeps into the area late in the day, with some stronger breezes on tap for the evening hours.
PUEBLO: Low: 43; High: 82. Warm and dry on Wednesday, with afternoon highs warming back into the 80s after a nice and cool start.
CANON CITY: Low: 46; High: 81. After a cool and comfortable start, afternoon highs will rebound back into the 80s by the middle of the day.
WOODLAND PARK: Low: 39; High: 70. A chilly start to our Wednesday will give way to an absolutely gorgeous and mild afternoon in Teller County.
TRI-LAKES: Low: 40s; High: 70s. Wall-to-wall sunshine is expected on Wednesday, along with warm daytime highs. A dry cold front will move in by the evening with strong breezes for the Palmer Divide.
PLAINS: Low: 40s; High: 70s/80s. Sunny, breezy and warm on Wednesday. Highs across the Plains will soar into the 70s and 80s.
WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low: 40s; High: 70s. Sunny skies and above average highs will make for a great Wednesday, with no rain expected over the next 24 hours.
Extended Outlook:
Wednesday night's cold front will knock us down by a good 10 to 12 degrees on Thursday. It's a dry front unfortunately, so precipitation is not expected. Highs will be really warm again by Friday before cooling to more comfortable and mild readings for the upcoming weekend. As for rain or snow, it's not likely over the next 7 to 10 days as high pressure reigns supreme.
