Tonight will be clear and unusually warm in southern Colorado.
Colorado Springs forecast: Low: 63; High: 86; Not as hot on Saturday with S wind 15 mph gusting to 30 mph. There is a chance of afternoon thunderstorms tomorrow.
Pueblo forecast: Low: 65; High: 93; Hot with SSW wind at 10 mph gusting to 25 mph. Slight chance of afternoon thunderstorms.
Canon City forecast: Low: 65; High: 90; Hot with afternoon showers and thunderstorms to cool you down. SW wind at 15 mph gusting to 30 mph.
Woodland Park forecast: Low: 55; High: 79; Warm with afternoon showers and thunderstorms likely. SSW wind at 15-20 mph gusting to 30 mph.
Tri-Lakes forecast: Low: 59; High: 81; Very warm with a slight chance of afternoon thunderstorms.
Plains forecast: Low: 60s; High: 90s; Slightly cooler on Saturday with mid to upper 90s and breezy winds.
Walsenburg and Trinidad forecast: Low: 61/63; High: 84/88; Warm with afternoon thunderstorms possible and breezy winds.
Mountains forecast: Low: 50s; High: 70s; Widespread showers and thunderstorms expected throughout the day with lightning, heavy downpours, gusty winds, and small hail possible.
Extended outlook forecast:
The wet pattern remains in the mountains through at least Monday. The best chance for I-25 and the eastern plains to see showers will be on Sunday afternoon. Temperatures remain warm and close to seasonal averages.
