Today’s Forecast:
Frost and freeze advisories are in place through 8 am today, due to the very cold air that moved into southern Colorado this morning! The sun will quickly warm the ground, and then the air, leading to a wonderful afternoon. We'll see sunny and dry skies through the rest of the day with light winds into the evening. Overnight clear skies will allow for another chilly night, but we should be warmer tomorrow morning compared to this morning.

Extended Outlook (Snow Thursday):
Warm and dry days are expected on both Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon, with a dramatic drop in temperature by Thursday. A strong cold front will push through Wednesday evening, with most areas seeing a 30 to 40 degree temperature drop from Wednesday to Thursday afternoon.
Snow is not only possible on Thursday, it seems likely in the afternoon. At the moment, snow totals seem light and mostly in grassy areas at elevations over 6,000 feet. We'll keep a close eye on this system, but just plan for a little white later this week!
