The weather is going to be pretty awesome out there today! We're going to have really comfortable temperatures across the state once again with less wind than Wednesday. It'll still be windy and gusty across the mountains, but nowhere near as strong as yesterday's winds. Overnight we'll get a cold front to push across the plains but we won't feel the cold influence until Friday afternoon.
COLORADO SPRINGS: High: 69; Low: 32. Breezy and warm today with a mix of sunshine and cloud cover.
PUEBLO: High: 73; Low: 33. Breezy and warm today with a pretty good amount of sunshine.
CANON CITY: High: 71; Low: 36. Breezy & warm across town with a mix of sun and clouds.
WOODLAND PARK: High: 58; Low: 27. Dry and windy at times today with partly cloudy skies.
TRI-LAKES: High: 60s; Low: 20s. Breezy and mild today with a mix of sun and clouds.
PLAINS: High: 70s; Low: 30s. Breezy and sunny with gorgeous daytime temperatures.
WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: High: 70s; Low: 30s. Windy, especially in and around the mountains to the west with mild daytime temperatures.
MOUNTAINS: High: 60s; Low: 20s. Very windy at times today with more gusts between 20 to 40 mph today along with mild temperatures.
Extended Outlook:
Friday is going to be a lot cooler and still breezy. We'll see some light snow in the mountains/I-70 corridor in the afternoon Friday, with more light snow on Saturday. We'll be dry and chilly here at home through the weekend. The next chance for snow comes on Tuesday.
