Today’s Forecast:
The large bubble of high pressure over the Midwest now, will slowly be nudged eastward and away through Monday, but the key word here is slowly. There is a very small river, or feed, of moisture nudging northward out of western Texas, that has been the reason for the mention of the small possibility for a later day T-shower for Saturday…and Sunday, and only for extreme eastern/SE Colorado. So, for the rest of us, it is warm, dry, with breezy afternoons, and high clouds drifting through. Highs both weekend days will mostly be in the 70s, 80 is quite possible for many of us, Sunday afternoon.
COLORADO SPRINGS: Low – 40, High – 72. Clear tonight with little wind. Mostly to partly sunny Saturday, breezy afternoon, and warm.
PUEBLO: Low – 42, High – 78. Clear tonight. Mostly to partly sunny Saturday, breezy afternoon, and warm.
CANON CITY: Low – 43, High – 77. Clear tonight. Mostly to partly sunny Saturday, breezy afternoon, and warm.
WOODLAND PARK: Low – 35, High – 64. Clear tonight with little wind. Mostly to partly sunny Saturday, breezy afternoon, and warm.
TRI-LAKES: Low – 37, High – 67. Clear tonight with little wind. Mostly to partly sunny Saturday, breezy afternoon, and warm.
PLAINS: Low – 43, High – 82. Clear tonight with little wind. Mostly to partly sunny Saturday, breezy afternoon, and warm. Small chance for a later afternoon T-shower.
WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low – 44, High – 77. Clear tonight with little wind. Mostly to partly sunny Saturday, breezy afternoon, and warm. Small chance for a later day brief T-shower.
NEXT WEATHER MAKER: Is a disorganized, and dissipating system that will crash the west coast this weekend, and what’s left of it will mostly drag through to our north, Tuesday PM through early Thursday. If showers survive, they will likely be scattered, not widespread…and mostly afternoons.
