COLORADO SPRINGS — The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference announced it would delay its 2020 Fall sports season Monday afternoon due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The RMAC's Presidents' Council voting to push back practice until August 24th, with the first date of competition set for September 18th.
Having reviewed local, state and national guidelines along with guidance from the NCAA, the conference also decided on a conference-only schedule for the sports of football, men's soccer, women's soccer and volleyball.
CSU-Pueblo's football team and UCCS women's soccer should both be ranked top 25 nationally when the polls come out prior to the start of the season.
With the conference-only schedule, the Thunderwolves will open the season on the road at Black Hills State on September 19th.
