COLORADO SPRINGS – District 49 announced Wednesday that the district is suspending Vista Ridge High School football coach Jerimi Calip for Friday’s game against Bear Creek.
District Spokesperson David Nancarrow said in a statement that Calip’s suspension is related to “internal communications about student conduct.”
The district has released no other information said it will not release additional details because it’s a personnel matter.
