Broncos introduce new QB Joe Flacco

DENVER – Broncos General Manager John Elway introduced veteran QB Joe Flacco to the Colorado media Friday morning. Flacco was acquired in an agreement with the Baltimore Ravens this month.

The 11-year NFL veteran was replaced by rookie Lamar Jackson halfway through the Raven’s last season. In nine starts he passed for 2,365 yards with 12 touchdowns and 6 interceptions.

Flacco was on the SuperBowl XLVII winning team at the end of the 2012 season.

Last week the Broncos traded quarterback Case Keenum to the Washington Redskins. He was acquired from Minnesota last season under head coach Vance Joseph.
