Dr. Rachel Herlihy is the state epidemiologist leading the charge on the studying and research of the COVID-19 virus -- the outbreak structure and the spread.
She answers specific questions about the effectiveness of mask wearing and why she believes it can be successful in helping to curb the spread of the virus.
