COLORADO SPRINGS — There's no arguing that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has changed a massive portion of our daily lives.

In the midst of these changes, many local businesses and organizations are finding ways to overcome and adapt to keep their doors open, while at the same time, help those around them.

Similarly those hit hard are reporting a tremendous outpouring of support from the community.

This outpouring reminding all of us that while this global epidemic has changed so much, it HASN'T changed people's desire for community.

This is We're Open Colorado, a segment dedicated to highlighting local businesses and organizations that are still open or are reopening and finding unique ways to serve the community.

With all of this in mind, let's take a look at Infinity Shuttle which has spent the last two months donating its time and resources to help deliver food and essential goods to those that needed them across our area.

Infinity Shuttle has always been about helping others and serving our community. When Covid-19 hit, we knew immediately that we needed to remain open and identify ways to help and serve our community.

Over the course of the past several weeks the business has worked alongside COSIloveyou, Shield616, Pikes Peak United Way, Children's Hospital, and others to transport everything from hand sanitizer to soup as well as other essentials.

The goal was to deliver hope. They provided critical supplies to law enforcement, first responders, and local families and other organizations as well as providing transportation to and from Children's Hospital.

According to the company, they stand ready and willing to continue helping their non-profit partners if a need arises.

The company is also taking important steps to keep passengers safe.

We ensure that our drivers are healthy, wear face masks and practice excellent hygiene. We provide face masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer for our passengers and practice social distancing within our vehicles as we try to limit the number of passengers we take. We sanitize each vehicle before pickups, between pickups and after our final run of each day.
