PUEBLO – KOAA News5 will air a debate Thursday evening between the final two candidates vying to be Pueblo’s first mayor in decades.
Candidates Nick Gradisar and Steve Nawrocki will face off in the debate, which will be held at the Pueblo Community College’s Fortino Ballroom at 7 p.m. It will be live streamed on KOAA.com and in the News 5 app. It will air on News 5 Now channel 5.2 over the air. (Channel listing here)
Doors will open at 6 p.m., and it’s open to the public.
News 5’s Andy Koen Kara Mason of PULP news and Andrea Chalfin of KRCC radio will serve as panelists. The debate will focus on issues facing the Pueblo community.
Voters will decide the next mayor on Jan. 22, when the runoff election will be held. Nawrocki and Gradisar garnered the most votes in a crowded race that included a total of 16 candidates.
