(CITY OF PUEBLO) – The Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce and Visit Pueblo are teaming to produce a Pueblo Slopper Tour. The tour kicks off in January and will consist of local Pueblo restaurants that serve fan-favorite slopper dishes.
In case you are new to the area, a slopper is an open faced cheeseburger served smothered in green chile.
