Decades old costume shop preparing to close in downtown Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS — Costume shop Zeezo's announced on Facebook today that they will be closing up shop this fall. The shop has been a staple in downtown Colorado Springs for 40 years.

Zeezo's says their last day will be November 2nd, they say the market and industry conditions have led to the decision to close. Zeezo's is closed for the Labor Day holiday but the store says they plan to start liquidation sales on Tuesday, September 3rd. The current location is on Bijou street which they relocated to in April of this year.
