WOODLAND PARK — As of Tuesday night, Woodland Park has a new mayor and three new city members.
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the city saw its largest voter turnout in history, with 43 percent of voters casting mail in ballots.
Unofficial results show Val Carr, the current mayor pro-tem, is now the new mayor and the three new members of city council are Rusty Neal, Robert Zuluaga, and Jim Pfaff.
