Snow bases in the mountains have been generally lackluster this fall. Thankfully a Pacific storm will be moving onshore and bringing moisture to the mountains. Expect a round of snow Saturday into Sunday as well as another round Monday for all of the mountains. Although, locations along I-70 will likely see less than 6 inches from this storm. The San Juans and southwest mountains are likely to pick up a foot or more.
Temperatures will be comfortable this weekend, starting in the 50s and 60s then cooling to the 20s and 30s with the incoming storm.
The weekend of November 6th will be the opening weekend for Keystone this year. Wolf Creek Ski Area continues their season as well, they are open 7 days a week.
