COLORADO SPRINGS — A growing sinkhole has forced a stretch of Lexington Dr. to close between Parliament Dr. and Union Blvd. on the north end of Colorado Springs.

Police and Springs Utilities were out investigating the hole Monday. They said it is actually growing.

The right, southbound lane was closed Monday and will be again Tuesday as crews work to repair the sinkhole.

If you see anything like a sinkhole forming on any other roads, you are asked to call Springs Utilities.
