Various locations offering free community meals on Christmas

COLORADO SPRINGS — Multiple locations across southern Colorado are gearing up to serve community meals Christmas Day and celebrate the holiday.

Christmas dinners at many locations begin at 11 a.m. and go to 1 p.m. Wednesday.

The free Christmas meals will be served tomorrow at various Salvation Army locations:

  • 908 Yuma St.
  • 5725 Southmoor Drive
  • 740 N. Highway 67
  • 606 Manitou Ave.
  • 709 S. Sierra Madre St.

Marian House in Colorado Springs will host dinners from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. In Fountain, dinner will be served at the Fountain Valley Senior Center from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Manitou Springs City Hall, The Church of the Nazareth in Woodland Park, and the First Presbyterian Church in Pueblo will also be offering a warm meal.
