PUEBLO — A routine traffic stop for Pueblo police officer Meagan Chapman, turned into a rather heated situation when she became suspicious of what the male driver had stored in his trunk. The officer was forced to call for back-up after she noticed a peculiar smell coming from the man's car.
Officer Brandon Beauvais arrived on the scene shortly after and both officers told the man to open his trunk. The situation was resolved quickly and the driver was allowed to continue on.
