PUEBLO — After 30 years of playing the same numbers with the Colorado Lottery, a Pueblo man is finally a winner.

The Colorado Lottery said Joe B. played on March 25 and won two Powerball jackpots worth $1 million each that he claimed this past Friday. The winning tickets were sold at 7-Eleven at 926 Lake Ave. and the Loaf and Jug at 2050 Lake Ave. in Pueblo.

He claimed his winnings nearly one month later by appointment. The Colorado Lottery says high-tier winners of over $10,000 can collect their money at a touch-free, drive-thru claims window in Pueblo.

Recently, two winning Powerball tickets — worth $1 million and $2 million respectively — were sold on April 25 in both Pueblo and Colorado Springs.

Winners can call 800-999-2959 to set an appointment to process their winnings. Players may also claim prizes by mail. For more information about the Colorado Lottery, click here.
