PUEBLO — Students in Pueblo School District 70 will have more time added to their school day as the district tries to make up for snow days, according to D70 officials.
This is the second time the district has announced that some schools will have more time added to their school days to help make up for time lost in snow days as well as a water main break and security threat.
Starting Monday, some schools will have different end times with the addition of 10 or 15 minutes.
Rye High School, Craver Middle School and Skyview Middle School will now end at 3:45 p.m. while Rye Elementary School ends at 3:20 p.m. and Cedar Ridge Elementary ends at 3:15 p.m.
Back in February, the district announced new start times for some schools including Craver Middle School, Rye High School and Rye Elementary School. The district said bus schedules will shift and drop off "10 to 15 minutes later depending on school and route."
