COLORADO SPRINGS — Pueblo County High School continues its tradition of honoring veterans on this Veterans Day.
The school invites veterans and the student body to an assembly honoring service members each year.
World War II veteran Sam Stephens told News 5 what the ceremony means to him.
"This is wonderful. S have been here several years, 5 years I think and I have enjoyed coming here. It is just a blessing to see these guys out here right now. It makes me feel real good, real proud," Stephens said.
The school has seven graduates who died in the line of duty. They were honored Monday as well.
