TELLER COUNTY — Patrick Frazee will not face the death penalty in the murder of his fiance Kelsey Berreth.
Friday was the deadline for District Attorney Dan May to file a motion to seek capitol punishment in the case, but that motion was not filed.
Frazee's next court appearances are scheduled for August 23 and Sept. 5 in Teller County District Court.
