This Memorial Day weekend, two popular Colorado Springs meat markets are trying to keep up with the limited supply & high demand.
''With this weekend coming on and they've been cooped up for the last sixty days, I think they're really looking forward to a backyard barbecue," explained Mike Callicrate, the owner of Ranch Food Direct.
Callicrate also adds they are seeing many new customers placing orders.
