COLORADO SPRINGS — A large water main break sent water and rocks shooting into the air near Union Boulevard and Vickers Drive Thursday night.
Vickers Drive continues to be closed between Union Boulevard and Lyncrest Drive.
Police said at least four vehicles had their windshields broken by the flying debris.
Drivers in the area of Vickers and Union were being re-routed late Thursday night.
Another look at the Geiser. I had to move as I was getting hit with dying debris. You can see (not from the video) where the road has caved in on Vickers. @CSUtilities is on scene. @KOAA pic.twitter.com/l6eCL3pLk3
