COLORADO SPRINGS — Ballots are being mailed out and El Paso County has now opened the first of its voting centers.

A steady line of cars visited the center Monday, dropping off ballots for the Nov. 3 election.

County Clerk and Recorder Chuck Broerman even greeted voters as they came by Monday morning.

"Months and months of planning and hard work, everything seems to be coming together at this point. We're hoping for a very robust turnout this presidential election," Broerman said.

It's estimated that more than 350,000 votes will be cast in El Paso County.

Remember to sign the back of your ballot envelope before you send it in or drop it off.
