PUEBLO — Pueblo Central High School's poor academic performance will be up for discussion in Denver on Wednesday.
Pueblo School District 60 will make a presentation to the State School Board in regards to Central still being on the Accountability Clock.
Even though the school has seen academic gains the past year, it is still below state expectations.
The district and state will discuss what to do to improve the school.
"Well, we see the school striving as all of our schools are to improve and that is certainly what we want we want, to get our schools in a position to where we dont have to go to the state School Board of Education," D60 Direcotr of Communications, Dalton Sprouse said.
The school has been on the Accountability Clock for five years.
