COLORADO SPRINGS — Colorado Springs Police are investigating a shooting Tuesday night on the north side of town.
According to CSPD, a shots fired call was received around 7 p.m. Tuesday night.
Officers responded and found a man in a crashed vehicle in a parking lot in the 2700 block of Briargate Blvd.
CSPD said their investigation revealed that an adult man was in a parking lot in the 2600 block of Briargate when shots were fired. The man then drove north across Briargate, jumped a curb, and came to rest in a parking lot in the 2700 block of Briargate.
CSPD said the man has life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
No suspect information has been provided.
