COLORADO SPRINGS — The Colorado Springs Police Department has located an at-risk 4-year-old boy reported missing around 6:30 p.m. tonight.
Franklin Romero Niz is believed to have walked away from an apartment complex near the intersection of Austin Bluffs and Academy Boulevard.
As of 9:15 p.m, CSPD is happy to report he was found safe and returned home.
