COLORADO – The cleanup from a collision between a flatbed truck and a semi hauling livestock is causing significant delays on I-25 between Pueblo and Colorado City.
According to CDOT, the crash happened just after noon near mile marker 82. Southbound and northbound traffic are down to just one lane.
News5’s Zach Thaxton is on the scene. He reports multiple goats were killed in the crash. All of the carcasses were loaded up in a roll-away dumpster.
He’s working to get more information on the conditions of the drivers.
