LONGMONT – Rock band Guns n’ Roses filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against Colorado-based Oskar Blues Brewery.
The complaint says the brewery applied for a trademark for a beer called “Guns n’ Rosé,” but abandoned the effort after the band objected.
The lawsuit says the brewery is still selling the beer and merchandise.
The band wants all products destroyed, and for Oskar Blues to turn over profits. Oskar Blues has not commented on the lawsuit.
