COLORADO SPRINGS – After months of anticipation, a new breakfast spot opened in Colorado Springs Wednesday morning.
Snooze, an a.m. eatery opened its location off of N. Academy Boulevard at 6:30 a.m.
The restaurant started in Denver and has multiple locations in the Mile High City. It also has locations in Texas, California and Arizona and is working to open locations in Charlotte, N.C. and Kansas City, Mo. The Denver-area restaurants routinely have lengthy waits due to high popularity.
They’re known for their creative and sweet pancakes, morning cocktails, as well as creative twists on breakfast dishes
