The debate about family and medical leave continues at the Colorado State Capitol. The Senate-sponsored Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) Program was scheduled for a second reading vote on Tuesday.
If passed it would be the most expansive leave program in the country. Opposition argues it would also be the most expensive. There are questions whether the program can be adequately funded.
