CENTENNIAL – An aircraft crashed at the Centennial Airport Monday morning around 11:12 a.m.
The airport tweeted that the single-engine Piper Super Cub experienced a hard landing on runway 10/28, which remains closed until the aircraft can be moved.
One person was on board the aircraft. So far, there have been no reports of any injuries.
The extent of any damage to the aircraft is unknown at this time.
South Metro Fire Rescue is on the scene.
