PUEBLO – The City of Pueblo announces Shawn Shelton is stepping down from his post as Chief of the city’s fire department.
Shelton has led the department since 2015 and worked with the city of Pueblo for the last 31 years.
In a letter to Mayor Nick Gradisar Shelton said he feels the “time is right to step aside.” His last day on the job was Friday.
