10:51 p.m. UPDATE: The Cheyenne Police Department says Gregory Marks has been found safe in Aurora, and Mijito Johnson has been arrested.
The department says it will release more details Friday morning.
CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Police in Cheyenne, Wyoming have issued an Amber Alert for a 1-year-old boy.
Gregory Marks was abducted from his mother around 3 p.m. Thursday. The alert says the child was taken “Against the mother’s will” by her boyfriend, 26-year-old Mijito Johnson.
The mother also told police Johnson has family in Denver.
Police say Johnson is driving a silver 2004 Ford Expedition with a hand-written bill of sale in the license plate holder and a broken rear passenger window.
