EL PASO COUNTY – A homeowner in the Cimarron Hills area of El Paso County shared video of three young males approaching their door around 4:30 a.m. today in what’s being investigated as an attempted home invasion.

The footage from a Ring doorbell shows the suspects with their faces covered by bandanas. The first suspect to the door is holding a pistol. It is not clear if it is a real firearm or a BB gun.

He looks right into the camera while opening the glass door before the front door, then heads out quickly after discovering the door is locked.

All three suspects then walk away from the area.  The first suspect is a young white or Hispanic male, seen wearing a black hoodie with white lettering on the front, blue lettering on the back.

A zoomed in look of the two suspects waiting in the yard show one is wearing a black shirt or hoodie with PUMA in white lettering down the arms.

If you have any information on these suspects, please contact the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office at 719-390-5555.
