COLORADO SPRINGS – Colorado Springs Police say a medical issue is suspected in a crash that killed a 58-year-old man.
Thursday morning Forrest Eugene Ford was driving east on a private road near E Platte Avenue when police say he hit a concrete retaining wall at high speed.
Police say Ford was not wearing a seatbelt, and died at the scene.
According to CSP two dogs were also in the truck. One dog died at the scene, the other was seriously injured and died at a later time.
