COLORADO SPRINGS – Colorado State Patrol said a man is dead following an apparent medical emergency and a crash east of Colorado Springs.
Authorities tell News5 the man was in his late 50s. His truck smashed into a concrete wall at the Wrangler RV Ranch, which is off of Platte Avenue near Peterson Road.
That is just to the east of Colorado Springs city limits.
Information about that medical incident as well as the man’s identity has not been released at this time.
