COLORADO SPRINGS – We’re learning new details about the young man accused of murdering his younger siblings in October 2017.
Malik Murphy is deemed sane according to a doctor’s most recent mental evaluation.
Murphy has been undergoing regular mental competency hearings since pleading not guilty by reason of insanity last year.
His defense has requested another evaluation, the next review is scheduled for May 20th.
