PUEBLO – Police have two people in custody following a car chase that caused several crashes throughout Pueblo Thursday morning.
Police tell News5 they arrested 26-year-old Angelo Lucero and 19-year-old Lethicia Vigil following the pursuit. Officers tell News5 photojournalist Carl Winder at the scene that they used a stun gun on Lucero and they had to use spike strips to stop the car.
The chase across the city started just after 10 a.m. on Acero Avenue near Lake Minnequa and it ended near the corner of Santa Fe and Arroyo.
Officers arrested both of them after a brief chase on foot near the intersection of Agram and S. Santa Fe Avenue.
