Fremont County Sheriff’s Office hosting food drive for federal employees

FREMONT COUNTY – The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office needs your help in case another government shutdown happens.

The office is hosting a food drive for federal government employees.

Sergeant Megan Richards said the Bureau of Prisons reached out to the Sheriff’s Office since there are federal prisons throughout Fremont County.

“It is amazing to see the community come together and how many people that are supporting law enforcement and the Bureau of Prisons and the employees of the government,” said Richards.

The Sheriff’s Office said it will have this food drive throughout February.
