COLORADO SPRINGS – Ahead of opening its first Colorado Springs location, Chuy’s Tex-Mex is looking to hire more than 100 people.
“We are thrilled to bring Chuy’s into the Colorado Springs community and to share what Chuy’s is all about with our new neighbors,” said Joanna Hicks, local Owner and Operator for Chuy’s Colorado Springs.
In all the restaurant is looking to hire 150 new employees for full and part-time positions. Those roles include hosts, servers, bussers, bartenders and kitchen staff to help prepare its made-from-scratch dishes and signature sauces.
