COLORADO SPRINGS – Fire crews and city officials are working to assess the damage done to a Sally’s Beauty supply shop at Centennial and Fillmore after a car drove into the business at about 1:30 p.m. One woman inside the shop is currently being treated for leg injuries at a local hospital.
Police say the driver of the vehicle crashed into the shop after getting their foot stuck around the accelerator which is what caused the crash. Emergency equipment and investigators are expected to be at the business for quite some time yet.
