EL PASO COUNTY – Power has been restored to affected customers following an outage early Thursday morning in the Cimarron Hills area.
Colorado Springs Utilities said a crash on Peterson Road caused the outage around 1:30 a.m. The outage affected about 700 people around the intersection of Highway 24 and Peterson Road.
